TERMS OF SERVICE / PUBLIC OFFER

1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by ALEXTANIA25, a partnership registered in the United States, doing business as “Alexey Krol” (“Provider”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms govern access to and use of digital products and services provided via the website alexeykrol.com and related platforms (collectively, the “Service”).
By completing a payment, registering an account, or accessing the Service, you (“User”, “Customer”) fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Acceptance of this Offer occurs at the moment of payment and constitutes a legally binding agreement.
2. Nature of services
2.1. The Provider offers digital educational and informational services, including but not limited to:
- online courses;
- subscription-based access with recurring billing;
- one-time digital products;
- live or recorded sessions;
- tools, templates, automations, and AI-related resources;
- access to learning platforms and digital environments.
2.2. Services may be provided:

2.3. Specific terms for each product — including pricing, billing frequency, access duration, refund eligibility, and scope of access — are defined on the relevant product, pricing, or checkout page and form an integral part of this Offer.
3. Eligibility and global use
3.1. The Service is available worldwide.
3.2. Users are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
3.3. The Provider does not adapt the Service or these Terms to local jurisdictions outside the United States.
4. Account and access
4.1. Access to the Service is provided via credentials associated with the email address supplied during registration or payment.
4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.3. Sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the applicable product terms.
4.4. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in cases of credential sharing or abuse without compensation.
5. Payments, billing, and automatic renewal
5.1. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
5.2. The Provider does not store users’ payment card details.
5.3. Invoices and payment confirmations are generated automatically by payment providers.
5.4. Automatic renewal. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support at support@alexeykrol.com (or the email address specified on the checkout page). Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
5.5. For corporate or business clients, the Provider may furnish tax identification documentation, including a completed IRS Form W-9 using the Provider’s EIN, upon reasonable request.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, published separately on the website.
6.2. If a product description does not explicitly state that a refund is available, no refund is provided.
6.3. Refund eligibility, time limits, payment methods, and applicable amounts depend on the specific product.
7. Intellectual property and license
7.1. All content, materials, software, designs, methodologies, texts, videos, audio, and resources provided through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider unless stated otherwise.
7.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for:
- personal use; or
- internal business use (for legal entities).
7.3. Users may not:

7.4. AI & data mining restriction.
You are strictly prohibited from using any content from the Service for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or improving machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or large language models, as well as for large-scale data extraction, without the Provider’s prior written consent.
8. Educational purpose and advisory disclaimer
8.1. All services and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
8.2. Any content published on the website or within the Service represents general information, opinions, or recommendations and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or business advice.
8.3. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply the information provided.
8.4. The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, income, performance, or success.
9. Technical limitations
9.1. Users are responsible for ensuring adequate equipment, software, and internet connectivity.
9.2. The Provider is not liable for technical issues on the User’s side.
9.3. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party service dependencies.
10. Right to refuse service and terminate access
10.1. Right to refuse service. The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any person, or to terminate any User’s access to the Service (including courses, digital products, closed communities, and support) at any time, at the Provider’s sole discretion, without prior notice and without a refund.
10.2. Grounds for termination. The Provider may exercise the right to terminate access for reasons including, but not limited to:
Defamation and Misrepresentation: Making false, misleading, or disparaging public statements regarding the Service, the Provider, or the Provider’s support team, including false claims about the unavailability of support services;
Abusive or Unprofessional Conduct: Any form of harassment, aggressive communication, «public hysterics,» or disruptive behavior that damages the Provider’s professional reputation or negatively affects the learning environment for other Users;
Failure to Follow Procedures: Making public claims regarding technical or support issues without first attempting to resolve the matter through official private support channels (support@alexeykrol.com);
Violation of Terms: Any breach of the obligations set forth in these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of access.
10.3. Finality of decision and no refund. Any decision made by the Provider under this section is final. In the event of termination under this section, any fees paid by the User shall be non-refundable and shall be retained by the Provider as liquidated damages for breach of professional conduct and/or reputational harm.
10.4. Outstanding obligations. Termination of access does not release the User from any payment obligations or debt already incurred prior to the moment of termination.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability.
The Provider shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
- loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
- decisions made by Users based on the information provided.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Modifications
12.1. The Provider may update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.
12.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Privacy and data protection
13.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, published separately on the website.
13.2. By using the Service, Users consent to the processing and transfer of data to the United States.
14. Governing law, disputes, and class action waiver
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2. Class action waiver.You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
14.3. Venue.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
